My Journey to Healing Through Art

For years, I’ve been working as a healer, helping others release pain, stress, and emotional blocks. But somewhere along the way, I realised I hadn’t explored my own need for healing and expression. While holding space for others, I wasn’t fully showing up for myself.

Then I discovered Expressive Art Therapy. As I began to paint, doodle, and journal, emotions I didn’t even know existed started to surface. Slowly, I met parts of myself I had forgotten. This journey changed me completely. I felt calmer, happier, and truly connected to who I am. For the first time, I felt deeply loved by myself.
